1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing
www.doggietown.com or using services provided by DoggieTown LLC (“DoggieTown,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy . If you do not agree, do not access or use our Site or services.
2. Services We Offer
DoggieTown provides dog care and behavior services, including:
Pack walks, In-home boarding (at trainer's home only) and overnight stays (at trainer's home only). Obedience and behavioral training,Pet transportation (pick-up and drop-off)
All services are subject to availability and require a completed intake form.
3. Who May Use Our Services
To use our services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old own or have legal authority over the pet(s) in our care. Ensure all dogs are current on vaccinations and in good health. Disclose any aggressive tendencies, health issues, or special needs We reserve the right to deny or terminate service at our discretion.
4. Client Responsibilities
By booking with us, you agree to:
Provide accurate, up-to-date information about yourself and your pet(s)Secure your home or provide safe access for services. Supply all necessary items for care (e.g., leash, harness, food, meds)Notify us of any changes in behavior, medical status, or home access.
Failure to meet these conditions may result in cancellation or refusal of service.
5. Payments, Cancellations & Fees
Payment is due in full before services begin, unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations are charged in full. A late payment fee of $10/day applies after 24 hours of a missed payment deadline.
Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and digital payment systems via our secure checkout.
6. Emergencies & Veterinary Care
If your pet requires emergency medical care while in our care and we cannot reach you, you authorize us to seek treatment from a licensed veterinarian. You agree to reimburse all associated expenses.
7. Liability & Indemnity
DoggieTown will take all reasonable precautions to care for your dog. However:
You acknowledge that pets can be unpredictable, and injuries, accidents, or property damage may occur. You agree to hold DoggieTown and its staff harmless for any injury, illness, loss, or damage unless caused by gross negligence. You are responsible for damages your pet causes to other animals, people, or property.
8. Modifications to Services or Terms
We reserve the right to update services, pricing, or these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules.
